We signed papers today on the house that we'd like to buy. The owner has also signed them, accepting our offer. However, the owner is apparently quite in debt and will actually be losing money by accepting our offer, so now the bank also needs to approve the deal. We're praying that all will go smoothly and the bank will give its okay. They have until April 8th to let us know. If they don't approve our bid, the house will most likely go into foreclosure. We're trusting that the Lord will provide the right home for us, this one or another one!

Buying homes is such a crazy process. We'll definitely pray the bank approves the deal!
